Job Description
Employee Transportation and External Movement:
- Coordinate with external transportation companies for employee transportation.
- Supervise the movement and quality of vehicles used for transportation.
- Process monthly transportation invoices.
Cafeteria Management:
- Schedule leaves for the cafeteria team.
- Supervise the ordering and distribution of cafeteria supplies and equipment.
Coordination with Cleaning Company:
- Supervise the cleaning company's operations.
- Process monthly invoices for the cleaning company.
Meal Services:
- Place daily meal orders for employees during night shifts.
- Process invoices for meals with external suppliers.
Routine Inspections and Administrative Affairs Follow-up:
- Manage office supplies and distribute them to employees while raising purchase requests in SAP.
- Distribute annual and seasonal gifts to employees.
- Process transportation allowances for employees (half-monthly).
Issue licenses for forklift drivers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources).
- Proven experience in administrative coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications and systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Familiarity with transportation and logistical operations is preferred.
