Job Description
- Answering clients' questions on our services.
- Contacting existing clients to inform them about services.
- Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Completing forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each client, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
- Updating database with new information every time a client calls, documenting clients information, payment methods and purchases. And back up data regularly to protect sensitive client information.
- Meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English (speaking) is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in accounting training and consultations is strongly preferable
