  • Ancient Agent in a nutshell is providing the procurement service taking care of all the key details and hidden subtleties on behalf of the importer regarding comparing offers, regular quality checks, communication and many more.

Job responsibilities

  • As a remote Sales account manager, you are responsible to seek new business opportunities, by developing relationships with prospects from scratch until you close the deal. Your tasks are expected to be
  • Developing and creating prospect lists, and Identification of new prospects among various regions and product categories.
  • Starting the sales cycle, Pitching and presenting our service to the potential clients via cold-emailing, Linked-in Emailing, skype meetings, cold calling…etc.
  • Analyzing the pain points of our clients for successful matching.
  • Maintaining and following-up with the account for upcoming regular orders and up-sellings.
  • Reporting and recording progression using CRM tool.

Job Requirements

Qualifications required for this position as follows:

  • 2 years experience in sales/business development/ Telesales.
  • 2-3 years of experience in fresh fruits and vegetables field.
  • Import/export/international trading and supply chain knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Programs, and internet skills.
  • Very strong written and spoken English.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.

Plus but mandatory.

  • International payment terms and methods knowledge.
  • Previous experience as export manager/ export sales.
  • French/German/Spanish/Italian language.
