Job Description
- Identify potential clients as per commercial strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Follow up with the customers to ensure the delivery and quality of the products, to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
- Design logistics solutions as per client requirements by aligning with internal functions.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status. Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Follow up on client operations until the relationship is smooth, starting from pricing to collections.
- Maintain the relationship between company and clients in the capacity of the intermediary.
- Systematically gather feedback from clients to relay the information to the various functions of the company with the goal of improving quality.
- Gather data from clients and investigate possible areas of expansion and development.
- Make offers and develop quotations & proposals for the clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Maximum Age: 35
- Presentability is a MUST.
- Highly motivated and the target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver proposals tailored to the client's needs
- Strong sense of commitment & Ownership.
