Job Description

  • Identify potential clients as per commercial strategy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure the delivery and quality of the products, to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
  • Design logistics solutions as per client requirements by aligning with internal functions.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Prepare reports on account status. Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Follow up on client operations until the relationship is smooth, starting from pricing to collections.
  • Maintain the relationship between company and clients in the capacity of the intermediary.
  • Systematically gather feedback from clients to relay the information to the various functions of the company with the goal of improving quality.
  • Gather data from clients and investigate possible areas of expansion and development.
  • Make offers and develop quotations & proposals for the clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Maximum Age: 35
  • Presentability is a MUST.
  • Highly motivated and the target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver proposals tailored to the client's needs
  • Strong sense of commitment & Ownership.
