Accountabilities:
- Handle all the requirements of the customers and act as the main focal point to serve/look after/follow up their needs and enhance the customer relationship with various BTC divisions/departments.
- Search for, communicate with potential customers and use several techniques to identify their pains/needs in order to sell all ICT solutions and services.
- Gain sufficient information on BTC all ICT solutions and services being introduced to the customers.
- Visit customers on a periodical basis, update them on BTC products/services and clear issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Telecom Engineering
- Good negotiation skills, knowledge of computer applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English language
- Have Excellent Sales Talent & Communication and Presentation skills
- Proper negotiation skills
- Perform the sales activities to meet or exceed the sales order budgets and objectives.
- Be enthusiastic in Smart Technologies such as IoT, BlockChain, Edge
- Computing Cloud Services and Managed Services.
- Promote and perform sales activities related to network infrastructure, telephone systems and low current systems(CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, AudioVisual).
