Aid account manager in Introducing clients to brand portfolio, while guiding them through the available product offerings
Exhibit the highest degrees of professionalism, to be consistent with the stature of our brands
Assess a client's budgetary constrains through indirect questioning
Present offerings and alternatives to client according to specified description or presumed budget
Maintain a positive sales experience for the client throughout the entire duration of the sale
Construct quotations and sales presentations based on items requested by client
Follow up with clients in a mindful manor
Finally conclude sale with client
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail and telephone
Maintain and develop existing and new customers

Capable of explaining all information and technical specifications of all product lines from all brands
Good familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Great people skills
Posses great emotional empathy
Good understanding of written and spoken English
Presentable appearance
Positive "can do!" Attitude
