Job Description
- Aria Systems is an innovative developer of comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software specifically designed for the Apparel industries in US, Canada and Europe, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Specialist who is fluent in English at our Cairo office
- Processing Daily Client request "Sales Orders entry, Purchase order entry.
- Inventory Control.
- Processing EDI daily orders.
- Updating clients records in a regular basis.
- React to all clients emails with coordination with the team leader.
- Offer solution proposal for the related process.
- Provide a regular basis feedback as a process improvement contribution
- Adhere to Company/Client policies and instructions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- 3+ Years of experience.
- Committed and willing to learn.
- Good knowledge in Logistics/Supply chain and Manufacturing operation.
- Excellent command in using Microsoft Office and fast typing skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fixed 2 days off in a weekly basis “Saturday & Sunday”
- U.S Holidays Only.
- Company working hours according to the U.S EST.
