Job Description
- Create packing lists and update shipment information in database.
- Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity.
- Creates or contributes to logistics concepts (inbound, outbound, packaging etc.) and calculates logistics costs (freight costs, packaging costs etc.).
- Define and provide country value chain requirements for customer RFQs and nominated projects.
- Implements logistics concept for awarded customer projects (inbound, outbound, packaging, customs etc.).
- Calculates logistics costs for different business scenarios inside the Country.
- Provides support to customer RFQ process.
- Supports the Stock Take process in the Production Facility where based.
- Review bills, invoices and purchase orders.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency of English Language.
- Negotiation skills.
- Computer Literacy.
- Communication Skills.
