Job Description
- Review night warehouse functions and various warehousing tasks, ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment and the optimization of resources and processes to provide stores with on-time products while efficiently managing operating costs.
- Seek out ways to improve operations including reducing operating expenses, managing inventory, and increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Spot check Inbounds & Outbound for accuracy and quality.
- Performs the duties of employees supervised and other related duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- From 3:5 Years of experience
- Proven work experience as Warehouse Supervisor.
- Warehouse KPIs & Process compliance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, accounting or business administration.
- ERP experience (Dynamics 356 preferred)
- Strong Leadership skills, Ability to manage teams effectively (Previous experience in handling outsource manpower)
