Job Description
- Identify the company needs; items, quantity & time frame.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Oversve the procurement process from needs analysis, order placement to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Work closely with the finance and inventory teams to forecast demand and budget accordingly.
- Assess and manage risks associated with the supply chain, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or any relevant major
- 5 – 7 Years of experience in similar role
- Excellent ERP usuer, SAP user is preferred.
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
