Job Description
- Perform a daily supervision on the recruitment team to follow up all the recent updates & current position of each vacancy or any changes that might happen at the current manpower .
- Make sure of reporting a highly qualified & integrated report of all the critical data that ensures stability & sustainability to the whole organization & the upper management as well .
- Aligning with department managers to be aware and updated with the newest requirements of work in order to recruit the best candidates in the market .
- Successfully finalize the bargain or the negotiations for any desired manager targeted by our team to maintain the best service in the market.
- Research & choose job advertising options .
- Find & implement new sourcing methods .
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor Degree
- Experience : From 3-5 years
- Location : Alexandria
- Very Good Command of English language
- HR Diploma is a must
- Excellent level of commitment , Accuracy and urgency
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
