Job Description
- Managing the recruitment process to fulfilling company’s vacancies for short term, long term and project based for both white and blue collar in accordance with the manpower plan.
- Select and use the suitable recruitment source whether through company database, recruitment websites, headhunting, advertisements or employment fairs, etc.
- Develop and maintain recruitment tracking systems, and manual filing systems to ensure keeping data accurate and updated.
- Conduct exit interviews, turnover analysis and provide recommendation to decrease it.
- Implement and carry out all personnel related functions including contracts, social insurance, employee files, leaves/attendance and termination
- Assist in managing monthly payroll issuance through validating the conformity of the executed payroll prior to transfers according to the payroll policies and procedures including allowances, overtime shifts, etc…
- Coordinate and handle proper implementation of all training programs in coordination with the concerned departments in order to provide training courses/initiatives as per the development plans
Job Requirements
- Recruitment, Personnel and OD experience.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- HR diploma is preferred.
- Excellent in English.
