Job Description
Job Brief:
- Corporate sales required to join our team, will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with corporates and overseeing sales.
- As corporate sales preferred to understand the car rental industry to satisfy customer needs, requests and respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
- Ultimately, should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term corporate relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with corporates.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- To be aligned with company objectives
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Preferred to have car rental industry experience.
- Proven work experience as corporate sales account.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree
