Job Description

  • Discover & uncover new business opportunities and proposing solutions through hustle and creativity to stakeholders within a company.
  • Responsible for meeting & exceeding inbound sales objectives.
  • Act as an advisor to merchants by providing insight and feedback on solutions/approaches tailored to the merchant’s business.
  • Position & establish Dockan's unique value proposition to prospects.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer journey to help them learn how Dockan can help grow their business.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound leads from various sources to identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospects & existing customers.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Dockan can be a strategic partner for their business’ growth.
  • Present proposals to prospects & existing clients.
  • Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design bespoke solutions for prospects and existing customers.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision of the future.
  • Meet with high-level decision-makers including directors of eCommerce, Marketing departments, and CEOs, across various verticals within the retail sector.
  • Drive the full sales cycle & own the buyer journey to attain new business from the first contact to close.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools (CRM).

Job Requirements

  • From 3-5 years of experience.
  • previous experience in corporate banking.
  • Proven work experience as Sales or Business Development executive in previous companies.
  • Hands-On experience with sales techniques.
  • Track record of achieving sales quota.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and perform presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Cairo Resident.
