Job Description
Main Duties
- Hire and Train Factory Staff
- Delegate Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary
- Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures
- Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures
- Analyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as Necessary
- Create Production Data Reports and Present them to Decision Makers
- Evaluating the talent of new hires and training them on policies and procedures
- Inspecting the quality of finished products to check on machine and operator efficiency
- Delegating machine operation, quality control, and maintenance tasks to factory employees
- Analyzing production data and making strategic recommendations to decision makers
- Maintaining a content and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
Works Conditions:
- Working hours from 8 am to 4 pm
- Day off (Fridays)
- Transportation provided
- Badr, Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan and New Cairo residents only can apply

Qualifications
- Experience in a related field.
