We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee our factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while driving our production to meet business objectives.

Job Summary
The Production Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our factory operations, coordinating all aspects of production, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, demonstrating a capacity to lead teams, optimize processes, and contribute to the strategic goals of the company.

• Key Responsibilities
• Hire, test and train new production staff (sewing workers).
• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation plans, and performance metrics to achieve operational objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed in response to operational challenges or opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance) to ensure seamless integration of production activities with wider company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage budget and cost controls, striving for cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
