Job Description
- Coordination between different production departments.
- Supervising the development of work plans and general strategies for production and maintenance.
- Planning production to accommodate changes in plans resulting from changes in sales orders
- Reviewing the reports of the Head of the Quality Department to ensure the extent of compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure that production safety rules are implemented
- Supervising the division of work between supervisors involved in production and technical control.
- Organizing the workflow between material requirements and production.
- Directing and leading the technical aspects of production and manufacturing processes.
- Supervising the estimation of the number of workers and technicians contributing to the production of each order to plan the weekly workflow.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in factory manager & 10 years of experience in productions.
- Bachelor's degree in management or any related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Experience in weaving or Textile industries are preferred
- resident in Obour & 10th of Ramadan or nearest areas are preferred.
