We are dedicated to producing high-quality garments and are looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee our production operations and drive continuous improvement.
*Job Description:*
- Lead and manage all aspects of the production process for our ready-to-wear and evening wear clothing lines in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
- Directly manage a diverse team of production supervisors, team leaders, and line workers, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
- Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and procurement, to ensure alignment on production requirements and timelines.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the production floor.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
*Average Salary (in Egyptian Pounds):* Competitive salary range of [20,000 to 40,000] per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in production management in the fashion industry, with a proven track record of managing large teams.
- - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
