Job Description
1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Train, supervise, and evaluate quality control inspectors to ensure consistent and accurate inspection of products.
3. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with production managers to address quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
5. Monitor and analyze product defects and customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
6. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality control in the textile industry.
8. Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, textile engineering or quality management.
- 10+ years quality experience in the Textile industry is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position
- Strong understanding of textile production processes, including weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
- Proven track record of implementing quality control systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of quality management standards, such as ISO 9001
- Excellent communication skills both Arabic and English
