Job Description
- Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…)
- Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.
- Supervising the development of work plans and general strategies for production and maintenance.
- Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
- Organizing the workflow between material requirements and production.
- Directing and leading the technical aspects of production and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
- Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration)
- Understand and analyze the current state; work to establish standardized processes as the basis of continuous improvement, by understanding the current processes in place, and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each to identify areas of improvement.
- Optimize production process to achieve single-piece flow: aspire to achieve a production flow that eliminates all waste
- Define the ideal state process flow for each item.
- Involve and train workers on any process changes to allow them to contribute and demonstrate it until mastered.
- Empower team to stop identifying out-of-standard conditions: adopt a culture of build-in quality where team members are empowered to stop and fix issues that prevent problems in the future.
- Problem Identification; Build a quality process that surfaces problems and tackles them in real-time.
- Defect logging; build a system where defects are logged on time and define the corrective and preventative actions taken.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a Must.
- Experience Needed: not less than 5 years’ experience as a Factory Manager.
- Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem solving and team building skills.
- Results and objectives oriented.
- Well organized, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labor and workers.
