Job Description
- Plan and organize the preparation and manufacturing processes for all types of sandwiches, pastries, and pies in the factory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards in all stages of preparation and manufacturing.
- Supervise the direct work team and guide them in carrying out daily tasks and achieving specific goals.
- Monitor the quality of products and ingredients used and ensure their compliance with the specified standards.
- Analyze data and overall factory performance and submit appropriate reports to management.
- Develop and improve production processes and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Deal with suppliers and ensure the availability of materials necessary for the manufacturing process.
- Follow trends and innovations in the sandwich, pastry, and pie industry and apply them in the production process.
Job Requirements
- Specialized knowledge in the preparation and manufacturing of sandwiches, pastries, and pies of all types.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the work team.
