Job Description
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs
- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
- Work with hiring manager(s), HR, and appropriate stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring; make recommendations on appropriate hire(s) based on need and candidate interaction
- Conducting headhunting activities
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
- Conducting monthly reports on recruitment and hiring activities
- Assists the HR Manager in the job analysis process and developing JDs
- Engagement with internal stakeholders on the development of up to date talent acquisition practices
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way
Organization Development:
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews with TLs and Department Heads
- Assists the HR manager to review the Organization chart on quarterly basis
- Assist in development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, work well under pressure, ability to work in a high-velocity environment
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
