  • Queenapp smart applications a Jordanian company is opening here in Egypt its customer support center and looking to hire.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (an asset)
  • Basic computer skills and experience in Microsoft office
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
