Job Description
Specific tasks for this position will include but are not limited to:
- To build relationships with existing clients and to understand their business needs.
- Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers, assigning requested spaces when available.
- To manage the inquiry source with Egyliere Aviation team and communicate with Marketing.
- To always try to guarantee best services Vs. least rates and prices and always be in favor of the client .
- To communicate effectively with Travel team regarding internal requests and understand the difference between (Company External Clients Vs. Internal Clients)
- To coordinate with department staff to ensure that responses to queries are timely, professional and comprehensive.
- To create, maintain and administer client database on a program and liaise it with the Marketing Executive.
- To follow up on new customer leads and coordinate with the Aviation Manager and Supervisor on the matter.
- To gain a full and thorough understanding of the different software solutions provided to Egyliere and to ensure that sales, pricing and contracting functions are all conducted with this understanding in mind.
- Assemble and issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries.
- To continuously seek ways in which the work can be improved and to react in a timely manner.
- To develop suggested remedies to attack areas of weakness.
- To contribute in weekly update meetings with the team.
- To be able to set SMART goals and objectives effectively.
- To recognize successful completion of goals, objectives and projects and when appropriate celebrates successes.
- To handle stress and pressure in an effective manner, consistently maintaining high level of motivation and standard of work.
- To overcome obstacles caused by conflicting priorities, lack of resources, difficult or demanding situations in the internal or external environment.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Grad with ticketing training or 1-2 years of experience.
- Well acquainted with Amadeus, Galileo,Amadeus & Sabre Software.
- Ambitious
- Most Importantly possesses Sales-drive.
- Effective communicator, quick understanding of client's’ needs; capable of making recommendations accordingly.
- Ability to handle stress and work around-the-clock as required.
- Energetic, sensitive and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
- Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.
- Multitasking: Skilled at working on simultaneous projects, without loss of details.
- Must be proficient in English. A second language is preferred but not required.
