What You’ll Do:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals to support business growth.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Finalize agreements that align with company policies and customer needs
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead by monitoring market trends, competitors, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal departments to deliver customized solutions.
- Report Performance: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, especially in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and ownership of a car (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
