Job Description
- Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
- Set targets for the sales department
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
- Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
- Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
- Analyze market trends
- Monitor competition and follow current developments
- Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
- Motivate sales team to achieve great results
- Find prospective customers and new target segments
Job Requirements
- Age: Must not exceed 27 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not required (recent graduates are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present products in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to client sites and conduct face-to-face meetings.
- Persistence: High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Sales Target Focus: Committed to achieving daily visit goals and quarterly sales targets.
- Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of using CRM systems and mobile applications.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and presentability in formal attire.
- Work Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
