About the Job
  • Managing the new projects since the idea is received till they are launched in the market, by creating a path for each project and monitoring every step and solving any problem that pops out, to make sure the project is launched at the target time and by the target price
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position.
  • Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales outlets.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  • Give live updated system training to Travel agents staff to enable them handle objections and convince customers to buy.
  • Initiate and develop a strong relationship with clients through direct follow up.
  • Prepare weekly /monthly Sales visits plan according to the policy / trend adopted at that period.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting reports with sales and financial data.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Meet financial objectives by following up outstanding from the clients upon scheduled payment.
  • Recommends changes in service and /or policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, skills and techniques.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiative.
  • Taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from generating leads to negotiations to signing of contract document
  • Helping improves the sales process to make it more efficient
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Job Requirements
  • Experience in cosmetics is a must
  • MBA holder is preferred
  • Excellent English
