Meet financial objectives by following up outstanding from the clients upon scheduled payment.
Recommends changes in service and /or policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, skills and techniques.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiative.
Taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from generating leads to negotiations to signing of contract document
Helping improves the sales process to make it more efficient
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
