Job Description
Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee procurement and logistics of raw materials.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels at warehouses and tolling sites.
- Coordinate outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers or warehouses.
- Maintain data in systems related to production, inventory, and procurement.
Production Planning:
- Coordinate production schedules with demand forecasts and sales plans.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging to toll manufacturing sites.
- Track work-in-progress, delays, and potential supply risks.
- Resolve bottlenecks or capacity issues proactively.
Toll Manufacturing:
- Manage relationships with third-party toll manufacturers to ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
- Review production plans and batch records.
- Monitor contract manufacturing KPIs including delivery performance, and quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to tollers for audits, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Pharmaceutical Companies background is a must.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain & Production Field at companies is a must.
- Good Connection with dietary factories.
- Deep knowledge of production process.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Outstanding communication ability
- Attention to detail.
