Job Description

  • Place adverts when there are job vacancies or opening
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Administer and improve company engagement
  • Handle relations issues utilizing best practices.
  • Get to know the employee and help them eliminate challenges
  • Balance employment policies with our fast entrepreneurial environment

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in HR
  • Have leadership skills
  • Bachelor degree Business administration
  • Eager to learn and passionate about HR
  • Advanced level in English language
  • Team player
