About the Job
  • Consult assigned Business Unit's line management and provide sound HR guidance in regards to Organizational structure, Compensation scales and Manpower plans
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Job Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
  • Extra studies with a focus on HR is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law.
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Excellent knowledge in using Excel.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
