Job Description
- Introduce and explain products and services to customers and prospective customers.
- Actively approach new customers to open up new business opportunities.
- Maintain long-term business relationships with existing customers and continuously follow up with them to identify their needs and generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales team to understand customer requirements and modify products to meet customer needs.
- Follow up with Operations and Finance teams to arrange proper delivery and payment.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs and/or increase production.
- Provide sales reports as required.
- Submit daily sales activities to the CRM system.
- Introduce suggestions to the Senior Sales Account Manager to improve sales performance and to identify opportunities for growth.
- Record and maintain client contact data
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 1-2 years of Sales experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Presentable and professional
- Team working ability
- The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
- Time Management and punctuality
Education:
- University degree, computer science or any other IT related degree.
Languages:
- English: Excellent writing and speaking.
- Arabic: Excellent writing and speaking.
