Job Description
- Responsible for recruitment process(posting jobs till sending job offers for the candidates)
- Conduct interviews for entry & med senior Positions
- Responsible for on boarding process(orientation–welcome email–tools)
- Responsible for joining,termination papers,contracts and Final settlements
- Responsible for social insurance
- Review employees files(employment documents)
- Responsible for medical insurance and handling the issues(refund & special
- approvals)
- Update online employees’ profiles & info & salary history
- Update employees’ attendance sheets(fingerprint-permissions–vacations –deductions)
- Prepare attendance report & payroll Monthly
- Check & calculate employees’ overtime
- Respond to staff inquiries and help them reach what they want in record time
- Other Office duties as assigned(deals)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or any relevant
- HR Diploma/Certificate is a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Males Only
- Maximum age 28 years
- Effective HR administration and people Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Organization & time management skills
