Branch Manager - Entertainment Kids Park

Branch Manager Job Purpose:

• The main purpose of this role is to manage the total operations of the branch- this includes managing the operations team to reach the target revenue & profitability, enforcing the safety procedures during operation, startup & shutdown, researching the best practices in the entertainment industry & bringing in the insights to enhance the branch’s operations. The role typically reports to the entertainment operations head.

Accountabilities:

• Direct the branch operations to produce the target revenues, control the expenses and enhance the client experience
• Train & build a guest-focused team who works with passion, care & dedication
• Develop the standard operating procedures & safe practices & train the branch team members on their use to ensure the safety of clients, best client experience & efficient use of the branch’s resources
• Supervise the maintenance, security & cleaning in terms of 100% functionality & elimination of risks for clients
• Manage resource planning to ensure optimal branch operation & overtime management
• Assist in staff recruitment, suppliers’ selection and customers’ targeting
• Bring in the best market practices in the entertainment field through research & assessing competition landscape & work on integrating findings in the branch operations
• Manage the convenience store in terms of planning, inventory management & cash management to be a key source of revenue for the branch
