Job Description
- Drive client retention, renewals, up sells and client satisfaction
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
- Manage weekly campaign status documents for review
- Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
- Generates new clients
- Develop a strong understanding of the client needs and dynamics
- Advocate for both our client and our team – and know how to balance the two
- Ensure the client’s deep satisfaction in the work, the team, and project experience overall
- Develop long-term relationships with strategic clients
- Build a strong rapport with both new and existing clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or any relevant degree
- Experience from 3-5 years in the same field
- Good command of Microsoft office
- Good command of English
- Good communication skills
- Problem solver
- Focus on strategy to provide thought leadership on all managed accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment – flexibility and adaptability are essential!
