Export Logistics Specialist

Main Job Duties:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Responsible for all export legal documentation with all government institutions.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full export documentation & logistics cycle
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess logistics performance and implement improvements to report to the Export Manager.
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Plan and track the shipments of final products according to customer requirements
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Communicate customers as well as maintain solid and professional relationship
