Job Description
- Contract management, administration and schedule follow up during design process.
- Risk Register and risk response planning.
- Develops the project budget/ project schedule baseline/ the risk management plans.
- Measure individual and overall team performance.
- Leads the project team leaders during design activities.
- Measure the project design performance against the project baseline: analyze work performance data determining variances from baseline and identifies its impact on the project constraints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferable.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong presentation, data management and reporting skills.
- Time management skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent written & spoken English and Arabic.
