Job Description
- Develop, update, implement, and monitor the execution of the company's IT strategic plan in alignment with digital transformation initiatives and senior management directives.
- Oversee the design and development of technological infrastructure, including networks, servers, devices, data centers, and monitoring systems.
- Lead the implementation of automation projects, digital transformation, and enhance internal user experience.
- Supervise the development and operation of enterprise systems, such as ERP, HRIS, Attendance, and CRM, ensuring their integration with business processes.
- Establish and enforce information security policies, manage access controls, and implement data protection measures.
- Manage technological assets, monitor their operational validity, and schedule updates according to their lifecycle.
- Monitor the performance of external technical service providers, evaluating their efficiency and service quality.
- Provide necessary technical support to departments and employees, ensuring prompt response and effective solutions.
- Prepare and periodically update IT operational manuals and procedural policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports related to systems, infrastructure, and technical support.
- Build the technical team's capabilities and develop their skills in line with modern technological advancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT management roles in Real state Company . - Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and other IT frameworks.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are preferred.
