IT Manager

1. IT Infrastructure and Network Management

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of robust network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Manage firewall systems (Sophos), VPN configurations, and NAS devices to secure and optimize connectivity across all sites.
• Ensure server administration is performed efficiently, covering Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP and File Servers.
• Manage Company VOIP solution (Grandstream).

2. Information Security and Data Protection

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational security standards.
• Manage and continuously improve backup and disaster recovery strategies, with hands-on experience in Veeam and Cobian Backup.
• Maintain secure remote connectivity for industrial equipment through machine VPN solutions.
• administration of Sophos EDR solutions to proactively detect, investigate, and respond to security threats.
• Manage security configurations, threat hunting, and real-time monitoring through the Sophos Central platform.
• Ensure endpoint protection policies are enforced and updated across all devices in compliance with corporate security standards.

3. Google Workspace Email Administration

• Administer Google Workspace to manage corporate email, user accounts, groups, and security settings.
• Monitor email usage, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC for email security, and handle mail routing

policies.

• Support users with access issues, email configuration, and ensure compliance with data retention policies.

3. Business Systems and ERP Management

• Lead the administration, customization, and support of the EL-Motakamel ERP system, ensuring alignment with business workflows.
• Oversee the integration and troubleshooting of IT systems with production and industrial machines, including those running Windows Embedded.

4. Data and Reporting Systems

• Manage and develop high-impact business reports using SSRS, Report Manager, and Power BI to support decision-making at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

5. Database and Application Support

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of SQL Server and Oracle databases, including performance tuning, query optimization, and user access control.
• Ensure data-driven applications and tools are operational and meet user requirements.

6. Team Leadership and Technical Oversight

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to IT staff, ensuring timely support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT projects and serve as the main point of contact for IT-related matters.

7. Systems Integration and Automation

• Apply basic programming knowledge (Python, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Ensure smooth integration between software tools, servers, and network resources.

8. User Access and Physical Security Systems

• Manage CCTV and Access Control Systems (Hikvision), ensuring secure and uninterrupted

monitoring of facilities.

9. Hardware and End-User Support

• Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle of computer hardware, ensuring timely upgrades and issue resolution.
• Support both Windows and macOS environments, ensuring end-user satisfaction and productivity.
