Job Description
- Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company’s goals and digital transformation
plans. - Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams across different functional areas: Technical support,
infrastructure, networks, and applications. - Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to identify technological needs and
deliver scalable IT solutions. - Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
- Manage SAP implementation, upgrades, support, training, and performance optimization.
- Ensure proper integration of SAP with other internal and third-party systems.
- Align application solutions with business processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Track service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and user
access issues. - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network tools.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, intrusion prevention, encryption, and
disaster recovery. - Conduct risk assessments and enforce security policies, compliance protocols, and incident response
procedures. - Ensure high system availability, scalability, and business continuity through proactive infrastructure

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 11+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, including leadership of multifunctional teams
- Strong expertise in SAP systems (implementation, configuration, support) is a must.
- Solid experience in systems administration, infrastructure, networks, and security.
- Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation.
- Outstanding communication skills
