Job Description
- Support the Total Rewards in communication and implementation of the salary & benefits per operating companies & countries.
- Point of reference for all the salary & benefits, reward & recognition that the organization has in all the country where is based.
- Work closely with HCBP’s to understand compensation and benefits in several countries.
- Prepare and submit global data surveys as when required. (Kornferry, TW, AON)
- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for management team.
- Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications.
- Ensuring company is compliant with state and federal laws.
- Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees, Talent Acquisition team and Business Unit Human Capital
- Run Merit and Bonus cycles annually.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
