Job Description
- Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
- Manage the pool and keep positive contact with candidates
- Receive and review applications, manage interviews, and tests, and create a shortlist of candidates
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and registration.
- Conduct phone, online, headhunt, and in-person interviews.
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested
- Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
- Work towards and exceed targets
- Provide suggestions and solutions to increase recruitment capacity, based on candidate feedback
- Complete and update recruitment tools/database with candidate statuses
- Provide the accepted candidate with an appropriate job offer and request all hiring document
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- College degree in Human Resources Management, or a relevant field
- Advanced level of German (at least C1), both verbal and written
- Excellent English, both spoken and written. (B1 to B2) is a must
- Relevant proven experience for one year is a plus
- Customer Support Industry experience is a must
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet)
- People-oriented
