Job Description
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
· Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO.
· Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
· Assist in coordinating and preparing for high-level meetings, including Executive Committee meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
· Manage office supplies and equipment for the executive office.
· Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
Job Requirements
· Suitable Bachelor's degree from a suitable/ reputable university (American University in Cairo - AUC, German University in Cairo - GUC, British University in Egypt - BUE) or similar.
· Previous experience in Public Relations (PR) is highly preferred.
· Presentable, exceptional personal presentation and a highly professional demeanor are essential.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
· Females only, Age not exceeding 30 years old.
