Location: Remote
Working Hours: Full-time | Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Assistant to the CEO to work across all three companies and support our fast-paced daily operations.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents
• Assist with research, light tech tasks, and web-based tools
• Communicate with hotel partners, service providers, and internal teams
• Support the CEO in managing and prioritizing tasks across three startups
• Organize schedules, calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Manage day-to-day admin duties and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Basic IT skills (Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Excel, CRM)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Website updates
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Startup mindset: resourceful, agile, and solution-oriented
• Previous experience in a remote role is a plus
