Job Description
- Implement specifically works of the variation works schedule;
- Collect and arrange engineering pictures, minutes of meeting, correspondence of works, construction schedule, instruction records of employer’s representatives and supervision engineers, meteorological reports, local policy documents, etc. variations and claims evidence documents;
- Responsible for drafting the appendixes (reports, records, time Sheet, claim amounts, etc.) required for the preparation of the change of claim letters and claims;
- Establish and update the variations and claims file, prepare the related progress reports of the variations and claims, and prepare the variations and claims summary reports.
Job Requirements
- With experience in railway engineering construction.
- Similar experience ranged from 7 to 10 years.
- Excellent English reading, listening and speaking skills, can be used as working language.
- Ability to collect claim documents independently and draft the relevant documents for Variation and claim.
- Preferred to hold a record of legal certificates or at least to be a CLAC or CCP’s holder.
