Job Description

• Identify the sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Identify various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct through candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Effectively communicate to deliver the company's culture, mission, and opportunities to attract top talent.
• Build the organization's employer brand by highlighting its unique value proposition and employee value proposition on the job scope and level.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely and personalized communication, address candidate questions, and provide constructive feedback when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, and legal requirements by providing information to team members and newcomers.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Support and provide guides to track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and quality of hires with the recruitment manager.
• Assure the quality of the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening and interviewing, reference checks, and background screenings, and offer negotiations with team members and update, and feedback to them when necessary to ensure the selection criteria.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and expectations.
• Responsible for sending weekly reports regarding all recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer negotiations to ensure the outcome quality and effectiveness

• Maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, including hiring managers and candidates.
 

Job Requirements

• Business administration or any relative field of study
• Experience in a similar role, familiarity with HRIS, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities. A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is also desirable.
• Attention to detail, Organization, Customer focus, Problem-solving abilities, Negotiation.
• System experience ERP.
