Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), industry events, and employee referrals.
- Develop compelling and informative job descriptions that accurately reflect the position and company culture.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview panels, and collecting feedback.
- Manage offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and past candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and build a positive company image.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for positions within the manufacturing industry (a plus in textiles).
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of textile manufacturing industry terminology a plus.
- Very Good English is amust.
