Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investigate and determine employee needs
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Source and find qualified candidates for open positions
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc...)
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and work on solving them
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
Job Requirements
What will make you fit for this job:
- 3+ years of previous experience in recruitment is a must.
- Experience in Volume Hiring.
- Experience in full-cycle hiring [advertising, headhunting, interviewing, salary negotiation]
- Hands-on experience with HR Recruitment ATS.
- Familiarity with different interviewing techniques and methodologies
- Sharp emotional intelligence and ability to work with different types of people
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills
