Job Description
Bingo Global “International Toy brand" seeking to hire an experienced “Payroll Specialist”
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain Payroll system up to date and adjust employee records upon the attendance in status with any deductions or additions.
- Ensuring the payroll system setup is up to date based on Egyptian labor laws (Tax, Social insurance, etc.)
- Prepare monthly payroll for all employees by adding salary effects
- Calculate monthly variables as commission, the incentive for the entitled employees
- Preparing the cost center of each department to be sent to the accounting department
- Maintaining the updates of the headcount with the department heads before proceeding with the payroll
- Issuing payslips to the employees
Job Requirements
- Proven experience of 4 years +
- HR certificate is preferred
- Excellent Microsoft user of Excel, word
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, teamwork, cooperation, flexibility)
- Excellent time management & multitasking abilities skills
- Excellent Reporting Skills
