Job Description
- Presales Assignments: Effectively demonstrates and presents our services to qualified prospects.
- Develop and make presentations of the company’s products and services to current and potential clients,
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge of competitor’s product offerings
- Follows up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with products and Services.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Assess a client's budgetary constraints through indirect questioning
- Present offerings and alternatives to the client according to the specified description or presumed budget
- Maintain a positive sales experience for the client throughout the entire duration of the sale
- Follow up with clients in a mindful manor
- Capable of explaining all information and technical specifications of all product lines from all brands
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience.
- Very good in English (read/write)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have worked with the Gulf Area Clients.
