Job Description

  • Presales Assignments: Effectively demonstrates and presents our services to qualified prospects.
  • Develop and make presentations of the company’s products and services to current and potential clients,
  • Stay current on industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge of competitor’s product offerings
  • Follows up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with products and Services.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Assess a client's budgetary constraints through indirect questioning
  • Present offerings and alternatives to the client according to the specified description or presumed budget
  • Maintain a positive sales experience for the client throughout the entire duration of the sale
  • Follow up with clients in a mindful manor
  • Capable of explaining all information and technical specifications of all product lines from all brands
     


 

 

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience.
  • Very good in English (read/write)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have worked with the Gulf Area Clients.
