Job Description
- Assist in researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets;
- Assist in contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings;
- Assist in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
- Accompany the business development manager in attending conferences, meetings, and industry events with the aim of acquiring new business;
- Assist in preparing the monthly circular, updates and news to be published on our website in addition to creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and services displays;
- Support in contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the firm’s services;
- Support in developing quotes and proposals;
- Assist in developing goals for the team members develop their skills;
- Help in overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
- Support in coordinating and revising website changes with IT department;
- Support organizing and executing Association Agreements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business is preferred. One to two years of law firm, professional services or business experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Legal background is a plus.
- Fluent in French and/or German is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
